these are great Kitchen items
a 3 inch wide square base with a 3 inch round body then a wood screwed in 1 inch by 8-10 inch handle all have a screw in handle along with a Leather strap for hanging if you want

they are finished in 4 coats of 100% PURE tung oil no additives other then 100% citrus solvent made from orange peels . By utilizing "end cut wood" I soak the bottoms in a Tung Oil mix that soaks up the entire piece .Tung oil we use is a Natural non toxic water proof oil found in Nature . Our Tung oil is pure no additives other then the Natural citrus solvent made from pure orange peels

I use them to take chop meat or your favorite burger mix roll in a ball them simply flatten out throw it on a grill or in skillet

the bottoms are what are called "end cut wood" this makes them very hard to absorb and drops and can use great down pressure
You can use them for mash potatoes as well
The Natural finish I use soaks into the wood and naturally water proofs the wood for years of use

all is needed is a wipe down with warm water a mild soap but not a lot of strong dish soap
Like all woods they are NOT dishwasher use or micro wave safe , they should be stored in a draw or hung up to dry . not in direct sunlight
