sorry to raise prices on the pins they are one of my best sellers shipping these with new postal rates for the length simply is a killer, since 20 shipping has doubled if not more they hit you up with a length charge as well;
I am trying to hold the price as best can every tool in shop has doubled also saw blades sand paper even finish is up. and they all need be shipped in as well I use no petroleum base finish in food products, even mineral oil (food safe) soaks into the wood and can cause a fungus or bacteria . yes is about 20 a gal opposed to 110 from current finish I use that is also Vegan safe as is all food finishes I use.



All are about 2 inches round at center and narrow down at the ends to about 1 inch .
They are all turned at High speeds by hand on a lathe why we have a 2 " + or - is blanks come in 18,24,31 inches with a loss of inch on each side
after they are turned I apply 4 coats of 100% Tung oil with 100% pure citrus solvent this gives the wood a Natural water proofing after curing I then apply a custom mix of Bees wax Tung oil citrus solvent

Special Note: Tung oil is a natural oil that soaks deep into the wood first coat is 75% citrus solvent 25% tung oil the oil goes into the wood cells and dries out because of the all natural citrus solvent ( made from orange rinds also 100% natural ) then a 50/50 mix is applied with same drying inside cells .. You may see people using mineral oil Yes this is non toxic but simply evaporates leaving no protection to the wood , yes after years of applying Mineral oil will eventually build up inside the wood cells but is crystalized like Tung oil so you get it into food your rolling . the cost is 85.00 per Tung oil a Galion as 18.00 a Galion of mineral oil Citrus solvent 85.00 a gallon. So this is why my rolling pins cost more , and are of superior quality
