they are 8inches by 9 with a 4 inch handle about 3/8 thick each one has at least 4 coats of 100% pure tung oil to protect and treat the wood this finish is also direct food safe .
comes with strap to hang up on side of cabinets for easy access
the wood used comes from the same woods I make my mashers rolling pins and flutes out of so a lot of the products have similar matching grains
all that is needed for cleaning is a simple warm water wipe off .
they are not micro wave safe or dish washer safe .
