I made these old school with block planes you can see the pictures on my web site of them any way . the wood yellow cedar with a
Real Milk 100% tung Oil finish to replace the oils moisture lost in the creation of the flutes . after the drying soaking in a wiping down and two coats of crystal lac semi gloss finish is applied polished out to 600 grit
all finishes are non toxic
mouth piece are red cedar /decks are Honduras mahogany
hole spread max 1.25,,,,, then drilled tuned to 5/16 max tops burned Seals wood about 25" total length one inch bore.
